Riverbend PUD
Riverbend is an existing Planned Unit Development that was not fully built out to the level of its original approvals. SCA was working with a potential developer to examine options for either completing the original approvals or finding other creative approaches to making use of the unbuilt potential for the site. Issues that were being addressed included current inadequate and aging infrastructure, possible park and open space contributions, participation in a regional trail network, and providing a vehicular second access to the development site via a new bridge over the Colorado River.
